I think the weight watchers in Ireland REALLY need a shop guide for the shops in Ireland not have 75% useless because of English brand shops. I have, in a hardback notebook, started my own collection of products easily found in Irish shops and points for them. This notebook also contains receipes made up to pro points.
I know I've been told not to weigh myself daily but I do in order to keep an eye on myself and stay focused.
Wear the pedometer from the second your foot hits the floor in the morning until you get into bed at night. It is amazing how many steps/distance you cover just faffing around the house doing housework, shopping etc in the course of your normal day. I have been known to reach 32 miles without "excercising"
TRACK EVERYTHING that goes in your mouth, if you can't get to measure your portions guestimate and add 2 points to be sure.
Excercise as much as possible.
